We are looking for a Product Manager to work on our User Success team, focused on user journeys and flows. The role will require a close attention to detail around testing and optimizing the new user experience, as well as influencing and supporting downstream product flows.

What you’ll do :

  • Lead cross functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research.
  • Write clear user cases / requirements that articulate desired product functionality.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, User and Customer Experience to develop simple, intuitive and easy to use product features.
  • Develop product roadmap and get buy in from key stakeholders at all levels of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Executive Management.
  • Maintain prioritized product backlog with input from Customers, Partners, Sales and Support.

Who you are :

  • Self-motivated individual with a passion for problem solving.
  • Resourceful and able to track down the tools / people necessary to get the job done with little oversight.

Technical Qualifications :

  • Management of products in SaaS delivery model.
  • Experience working with teams using Agile processes.

Non-technical Qualifications :

  • Experience with tools like Pendo, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree is Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of software Product Management experience.
  • Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate for helping small businesses succeed.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location.

In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
