Program dates : May 30 August 8, 2025. The Main Responsibilities Lumen’s Marketing organization is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Intern on our Growth Marketing team.

The intern will learn to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns. They will be involved in daily tasks such as processing incoming email and paid media requests, scheduling, project kickoff calls, creating campaign reporting presentations, and more.

Other responsibilities of intern will include : Shadow team members touching different sectors of marketing campaigns Research and education Assisting in the copy writing and design emails Assisting in the design of emails and attending campaign team meetings What We Look For in a Candidate Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate’s commitment of the entire 10-week program.

No exceptions will be made. Required qualifications Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship Graduating August 2025 May 2027 Preferred fields include bur not limited to : Marketing, Communications, PR, Business.

Intern must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 August 8, 2025) Proficiency and understanding of : MS Office Suite Co-pilot exposure is nice to have Preferred qualifications Professional writing or agency experience is a plus Enjoys collaboration and works well in team environment Creative thinker, self starter Unafraid to ask questions to find solutions Thinks outside the box to innovate solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask while working in fast paced environment Excellent organizational skills Eager to learn reporting and be educated Compensation Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual’s level of education, geographic location, and experience / qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range : Min : $22.00 / hour Max : $36.00 / hour What to Expect Next After completion and submission of your application, you will be asked to participate in a virtual video interview.

Salary Range Salary Min 22 Salary Max 35 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
