Principal Product Manager - Work from home

Description : *To drive innovation in product development at Dell Technologies, we need forward-thinking people on our IT Product Management team.

As part of this team, we devise product and solution strategies and product roadmaps, and look to the market for opportunities to make sure our offerings maximize profitability and remain competitive.

• Have advanced understanding of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions.
• Have experience shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs.
• Have experience in training, mentoring, and / or upskilling engineers, product managers, or designers.
• Work with cross functional teams to deliver the committed OKRs (Objective and Key Results), KPIs and other measurable success criteria.
• Use data and customer insights to find opportunities, track results and drive decision making around product and experience.
• Demonstrate deep user empathy for customers and have strong user experience sensibilities; advocate for the customer through excellent verbal, and written communication in collaborating with stakeholders and with engineers and designers as part of small co-located teams.
• Breakdown complex problems into simple solutions, find opportunities and focus on data-driven approaches to accelerate customer onboarding and adoption of sales enablement experience.
• Work with cross functional teams to define and consequently ship successful products through outcome-driven product roadmaps thereby delivering on KPIs and other measurable success criteria

As a Product Management Consultant in IT, you will apply broad knowledge of the company’s products and services to identify new areas of growth, new technology and emerging product opportunities.

You will evaluate in-depth market analysis and drive the business case for optimization of existing products and creation of next generation products.

• Experience with lean start up, agile development and user-centric design methodologies; experience articulating and testing product hypotheses.
• Experience launching customer-facing products using data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytical insights effectively to both IT and business leadership & executive audiences.
• Strong teamwork, business acumen, and customer advocacy skillsDesirable Requirements
• Relevant Product Management experience with at least 3+ years’ experience in building products for ecommerce and or offline customer experiences
• Proven experience working on a world-class product.
• Experience in the Information Technology industry with exposure to strategic product centric practices and customer onboarding preferred.
