Salary : $18.00 - $22.00 / hr

AMG Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Credentialing Associate to support daily operations at our corporate office in Doral, FL. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to : data entry, report management and maintenance, coordination among different company divisions, providing exceptional customer service, triaging phone calls, and more.

This is a full-time, in-office position; no remote work opportunities are available now. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the office is closed on weekends and holidays.

Qualified candidates should possess the following :

• A minimum of an AA or AS degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (daily use of Microsoft Excel and Word)
• English proficiency (must be able to read and write effectively in English)
• The ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology is highly preferred
