Key Responsibilities :

Data Entry :

  • Accurately enter data into company systems, databases, or software.
  • Verify and update existing data as needed.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data.

Customer Service (CSR) :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, products, or policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record and track customer interactions and feedback.

Administrative Support :

  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and handle calendar management.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment orders.

Qualifications :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Experience :
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Skills :
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
