Sales Operations Co-Op - Spring 2025

WORK LOCATION : Billerica, MA

Core Purpose :

Our site in Billerica is seeking a Sales Operations Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration from June to January 2025.

The Sales Ops Co-op will be working as a Pricing Analyst and will be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor pricing to determine the appropriate pricing for company products.

They will also review previous sales data and company revenue needs to decide a market price for a range of products based on their findings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work harmoniously across departments.

In this role, you will :

• Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers.
• Identify marketing strategies to increase profits.
• Develop measurement tools to identify changing market trends.
• Identify appropriate sales and clearance prices to increase customer traffic.
• Compare sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for decrease or increase.
• Define and execute specific actions such as lifecycle pricing, active management of price / volume / profit tradeoffs and making pricing decisions in the context of the broader product portfolio.
• Assist in implementing pricing and portfolio actions in SAP.
• Develop process and best practices to sustain and continuously improve price management.

You're a good fit if you have :

• Bachelors or Masters in Business or Finance.
• Specialization in Pricing.
• No overtime anticipated.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have :

• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to perform advanced analytics in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as the successful candidate will work with team members at all levels, including executive team members.
• Ability to understand and translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Detail oriented with ability to see the big picture while ensuring the details are accurately modeled and analyzed.
• Self-motivated individual contributor with personal accountability to achieving committed results.
• Ability to occasionally participate in web conference meetings outside of typical working hours.
• Hybrid (mix of remote and on-site) work flexibility.

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year :

• MBA, Finance, 2026.
• BS, Finance or related field, 2026.
