This position is at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) supporting the Naval Systems Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Jr. Program Office Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Works on projects / matters of limited complexity in a support role.
  • Collects data and prepares organization-wide project status reports and analysis.
  • Participates in individual projects to provide technical or business assessments, research, and problem resolution.
  • Assists project teammates with guidance for documentation, training, and best practices.
  • Coordinates efforts to optimize cross-project resources.
  • Participates in the financial and schedule assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.
  • Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05).
  • Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.

Clearance Requirements :

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $57,200-$94,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.

For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.
