Salary : 18-25

• 4 10 Hour Evening Shifts Monday- Thursday
• Fabricate and weld product, sub-assemblies and components for production using the automated welding machine (Cobot)
• Meets standard work requirements for all welded assemblies
• Effectively communicates potential quality and / or compliance deviations (i.e. revisions, weld symbols)
• Program robotic welders and developing parameters and schedules for production
• Meets standard work requirements for fitting and welding intermediate small parts
• Contributes to minimal rework
• Interpret machine program specifications or blueprints
• Completes all quality related documentation as per work instructions
• Fabricate jigs for parts to be fit and welded in by the cobot
• Layout patterns according to instruction
• Perform basic crane lifts
• Operate basic hand & air tools (die grinder, angle grinder, drill etc.)
• Perform other tasks as assigned
