We are in search of a Project Manager to join our team! The role involves leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing CRM-related processes.

This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of CRM projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM requirements, select CRM software, and ensure successful deployment.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of CRM-related processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, IT, and customer support teams to gather business requirements and ensure the CRM system aligns with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for successful CRM implementation, integration with existing systems, and post-deployment support.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data within the CRM system and oversee data migration, cleansing, and enrichment efforts.
  • Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption and proficiency within the CRM system.
  • Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Change Management, CRM - Customer Relationship Manager, Cross Functional Project Management, and IT project management to perform tasks effectively.
  • Must have experience with Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, and Cloud Technologies
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
  • Familiarity with 'About Time', AB Testing, and Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Proven experience in Budget Processes and Change Management
  • Proficiency in using CRM - Customer Relationship Manager tools and techniques
  • Experience in Cross Functional Project Management
  • Must have a strong background in IT project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with team members and clients
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant certifications in project management will be an added advantage.
