You fine-tune tension, color, and die-cut, keeping a sharp eye on detail while the press hums along. You might be running Mark Andy, Symjet, or MPS equipment—each shift, a new opportunity to produce pristine labels and packaging that meet exacting standards.

Core responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate narrow-web flexographic presses to achieve top-tier print quality.
• Continuously monitor run conditions, making adjustments to maintain speed, quality, and consistency.
• Perform routine care, cleaning, and troubleshooting to keep equipment in prime condition.
• Partner with teammates across production to hit deadlines and daily output goals.
• Accurately document run parameters, materials used, and production counts; escalate issues as needed.
• Work safely and uphold quality procedures and regulatory requirements throughout every job.
