Driver Requirements :
- 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL and 2 years tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 5 years.
- Clean driving record with no DUI / DWI violations in the last 5 years and minimal moving violations or preventable accidents.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
- Live within a 2-hour radius of our Massillon terminal.
Schedule Options :
A. Regional (Home Weekly) :
- Home once per week for 34 hours, with an assigned truck.
- Out during the week, getting home to a Mast terminal on Friday OR Saturday each week.
B. 217 :
Out for 3 weeks and home for 1 full week, with a consistent schedule and no assigned truck.
Compensation :
- Mileage rate of $.60-$.65 CPM, stop pay, delivery detention, and performance-based raises and bonuses.
- Paid orientation and training provided.
