OB/GYN Laborist – The Everett Clinic – Everett, WA

This Laborist will be joining a tenured, and well-respected team of 8 OB / GYNs, 2 Laborists, and 6 Nurse Practitioners. You will be responsible for 6 24-hour shifts a month for a 1.0 FTE.

Position Highlights :

• Truly a Laborist Position
• Option for some surgical assist to keep your GYN skills
• 6 Shifts per month for 1.0 FTE
• Average of 3-4 Deliveries per Shift
• 7a to 7a In-house call shifts
• Level III NICU and MFM Support
• Delivering 23 Weeks and up
• Call Room with easy access to clinic (if needed)
• EPIC EMR
• Great Peer-to-Peer support

Required Qualifications :

Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Preferred Qualifications :

• Unrestricted WA State Medical License
• Current?WA DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Training or Experience in EPIC EMR

For Washington Residents Only : The salary range for Washington residents is $306,850.00 to $446,400.00. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target.

The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
