As a CSR, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, resolving complex issues, and understanding and explaining a full range of banking products and services.
Responsibilities :
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers, identifying their needs and resolving complex issues via telephone and electronic means.
- Perform a variety of transactions, including teller transactions, account withdrawals, and balancing duties.
- Build positive rapport with diverse personalities, maintaining a professional attitude.
- Navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
- Understand and recommend the best products / services to meet customer needs.
- Interact with customers via phone, chat sessions, and email.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Demonstrate expertise in online and mobile banking technology.
- Identify and report fraud occurrences.
- Provide online banking assistance, including password resets and bill pay.
- Assist with loan applications and inquiries.
- Meet call center performance metrics.
- Contribute process improvement ideas.
- Protect customer information and comply with regulations.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Intermediate technology skills, fluency in Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability for extended hours and weekends.
