Our team is growing, and we’re searching for a Business Systems Analyst who is a creative problem-solver with their fingertips on the latest industry practices to help our clients achieve digital realization.

Core Responsibilities

• Provides intermediate support of applications and databases for software. Coordinates and executes technical procedures to resolve production issues after evaluation.
• Monitors production systems for alerts, outages, and system issues. Researches issues and performs root cause analysis to minimize risk.

Implements solutions for issues and appropriate development initiatives.

• Ensures that support requests are resolved within the service level agreements. Communicates statuses and resolutions.
• Writes and updates production support documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations. Assists in implementing changes.
• Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with business partners.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have Portfolio Mgmt Investment banking experience
• The ability to think and troubleshoot in a structured manner is key. . The ideal candidate has a technical background, the desire to understand why a system is functioning in a suboptimal manner and attention to detail.
• Minimum of three years related work experience, with at least one year of Information Technology experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
• Knowledge of the AWS development and operating requirement, as well as AWS developer or architect certifications are preferred
• Must have Investment Management, Front office equity experience
• Must have Financial / Investment Industry experience
• Must be willing to work Onsite Malvern PA
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience on software development teams with the ability to gather and document system requirements.
