This position will function as part of the North American Corporate Finance team to support the Finance Vice President. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with relevant experience working in a corporate finance setting.

What you can expect to be doing :

  • Assist Project Managers in the maintenance of project attributes, including conducting monthly financial project reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
  • Responsible for the monthly accounting close (. reviewing financials, pulling reports,
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and assist in the preparation of quarterly presentations
  • Assist with providing financial analysis and consulting to senior Finance leadership
  • Liaise with accounting department and Global contacts to manage assigned business units
  • Support Finance VP in managing the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
  • Financial reporting : P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements
  • Prepare regularly recurring reports on a monthly basis
  • Help in annual external audits gathering supporting documentation to provide auditors
  • Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting including variance analysis of current period, year-to-date, and against budget / forecast.
  • Lead training for all current and new staff on our financial systems for all businesses in scope
  • Ad hoc reporting

This might be the job for you if you have :

  • 3 5 years’ experience in corporate finance / FP&A
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance a must
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Focused and proactive quick thinker, with the ability to work creatively and independently.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills a must
  • Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

NOTE : This is a hybrid position based out of our NYC office.

In accordance with NY / CO / CA / WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and / or certifications.
