- Overseeand coordinate office administrative procedures and review evaluateand implement new procedures.
- Manage officesupplies inventory and place orders whennecessary.
- Ensure the office environment iswellmaintained clean andsafe.
- AdministrativeSupport :
- Manageschedules and appointments for seniormanagement.
- Prepare and modify documentsincluding correspondence reports memos andemails.
- Assist in the preparation of regularlyscheduledreports.
- Communication :
- Serveas the point of contact for internal and externalcommunications.
- Handle incoming and outgoingmail and email correspondence.
- Coordinate andcommunicate with various departments and externalpartners.
- EventCoordination :
- Planand organize office events meetings andconferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements forstaff andguests.
- FinancialAdministration :
- Assistwith basic bookkeeping and budgetingprocedures.
- Manage and process invoices expensereports and other financialdocuments.
- HumanResourcesSupport :
- Assistwith recruitment processes including posting job ads schedulinginterviews and onboarding newemployees.
- Maintain employee records and handleHRrelated inquiries. Qualifications :
- Education :

- Highschool diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or related field ispreferred.
- Experience :
- Provenexperience as an Office Administrator Office Manager or similarrole.
- Familiarity with office managementprocedures and basic accountingprinciples.
- Experience with office software(e.g. MS Office) andequipment.
