Job Summary
- Travel to scheduled assignments (up to 90% travel)
- Must have the capability and readiness for travel, ensuring possession of valid documents, including a driver's license and passport.
Acquire a company credit card and maintain insurability.
Arrange and manage all travel arrangements per team and company travel policies.
Administrative and Clerical Duties
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, including scheduling and coordinating service appointments.
- Effective and timely communication, covering any relevant developments that may impact scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensure a positive customer experience, and satisfaction, and educate both internal and external customers on system functionality.
- Maintain accurate records, and promptly fulfill all reporting requirements. Manage inventory of tools and field hardware.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for oneself and others.
Skills and Abilities
- Experience in Niagara / BACnet preferred.
- System integrator knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with REST API’s Json and XML output.
- Familiarity with basic programming ie Java, Python, C++ preferred.
- Capability to review and interpret schematics, drawings, and plans.
- Possess a robust understanding of relevant technologies.
- Possess adept problem-solving skills including diagnosing and resolving technical issues through troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment. Provide technical insights and feedback on all tools used in the field.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical and electronics theory.
- Flexibility to adapt to different work environments and handle unexpected challenges in the field.
Educational Requirements :
- High School Diploma and 4-5 years of equivalent experience.
- Associate degree or equivalent military experience preferred.

The range for this position is $53,400.00 to $96,100.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
