Lead Network Engineer - CCIE - Data Center

About the Role :

We are seeking a Network Engineer with a passion for technology and a CCIE certification to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting a complex network infrastructure that encompasses data, voice, storage, and video networks, including contact center and network security technologies.

Your expertise will be crucial in managing our global environment, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions, and providing technical leadership.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and deploy advanced network solutions that support business growth, mergers and acquisitions, and enhance application services.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, maintaining access to critical applications and company systems.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage project timelines to ensure successful implementations.

What We're Looking For :

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in network engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications : CCIE Data Center, Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise Wireless, Collaboration, CCDE, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Working Conditions :

• Flexibility for overtime and non-standard hours as business demands.

• Occasional travel may be necessary.
