Job Summary :

As a Store Manager, you would oversee the sales and profits of the store, implement evaluations and improvement strategies for employee performance, create work schedules, and manage the revenue of the store which includes handling cash, delivery of deposits to the bank, and deposit reconciliation.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the Health Supplements industry is required.
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a retail environment holds.
