Bridgeview Care Center in Bremerton, WA is now hiring an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (DON)! Come join our amazing team!
Pay Range : $105K-$120K DOE

What you will do :
- Under the supervision of the DON, the ADON assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
- Follows all center infection control and safety measures
- Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
- Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned and stocked appropriately
- Participates in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
- Any other tasks as directed by the DON
Must have :
- Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
- Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred

Compensation for roles at Bridgeview Care Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
As required by state and local law, Bridgeview Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Bridgeview Care Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below :
Pay Range : $105,000-120,000 per year Depending on Experience
