Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Duration : 2 Years
Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality para-professional nursing care and treatment in a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment.
The ideal candidate will implement and monitor Arizona Management System (AMS) methods, focusing on continuous improvement in work processes.
This role emphasizes a Veteran / Member-centered approach to care.
Responsibilities :
- Provide assigned para-professional nursing care and treatment services.
- Ensure a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment.
- Learn and implement AMS methods for problem-solving and process improvements.
- Record, maintain, and retrieve medical records accurately.
- Use and maintain medical equipment according to protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Skills Required :
- Knowledge of para-professional nursing methods and techniques.
- Understanding of state laws and regulations governing para-professional nursing.
- Ability to maintain a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment.
- Proficient in maintaining medical records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for patient care.
Experience Required : Experience working in a nursing home or similar care facility.
Education & Licenses :
- Must possess an active license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Arizona.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license required (may be required to drive on state duty).
