• Salary : RN $39.80 / hr LPN $32 / hr
• Schedule : Part-time Overnight
• Shifts available : 12 hour shift : 7 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am with every other weekend rotations

A little more about our center :

West Chicago Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 120 beds, proudly serving the behavioral / psych population.

We are in a quiet residential area, across the street from an elementary school and easy to commute to. A few key highlights :

• Highly ranked Quality Measures this means we provide excellent clinical care!
• The average age of our patients is 35-55 and the most common diagnoses are schizophrenia, bi-polar and major depressive disorders.
• Our residents have created a garden club, a poetry club and are eager to interact with you. Many of them return to the community (or home) after residing with us.

Job Description

What you will do in this role : As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be joining a team of nursing professionals dedicated to providing excellent clinical care.

Some have been with us for a long time and can mentor others. You will help patients reach their clinical goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

What we need from you :

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
• Prior experience in a SNF or ICF preferred
• Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population
• Newly licensed Nurses are welcome to apply!
• Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
