Position : Automotive Sales Consultant (Associate)

Responsibilities :
- Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection to financing.
- Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to effectively manage customer interactions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC.
- Present deal structures and finance products to customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through follow-up and exceptional service.
- Stay updated on new vehicle products, features, and accessories through ongoing training modules.
- Represent the dealership and Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC Automotive Group with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in customer service, car sales, or retail sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
