Job Responsibilities :
- Support the sales and marketing team with various field activities, including progress reporting, internal meetings, and client engagement
- Assist in executing field marketing and brand awareness campaigns to meet market share and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audience preferences and implement brand strategies accordingly
- Work with agency partners to plan and execute integrated brand awareness and field marketing initiatives
- Educate the target audience about our brands and maintain a positive brand image.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Passion for helping others and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven company
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a field related to sales, marketing, or customer service
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong project management skills
- Eagerness to learn and a professional drive
- Willingness to collaborate across teams to achieve common objectives
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices
Please Note :
- This is an entry-level position
- Daily travel to our office is required
- Local candidates only (or those willing to relocate within 2 weeks of an offer)
