Job Description :
Mitchell Tingle is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in San Carlos, CA (Zip Code : 94070).
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to individuals and groups.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care strategies.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid SLP license in the state of California.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
