  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager 1 to join our

    Product Management team. In this role, you will support the development and

    execution of product strategies using Scaled Agile methodologies. You will work closely

    with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products

    that align with our business goals and customer needs.

    • Key Responsibilities :
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmaps focused on data lineage, governance, and platform capabilities.
    • Manage the lifecycle of APIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
    • Work within a
    • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
    • environment to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and deliver incremental value.
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer personas and use this insight to guide product decisions.
    • Partner with engineering, data science, and platform teams to ensure seamless integration with technologies like
    • Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS
    • Drive initiatives around
    • tech and data governance
    • , ensuring compliance, quality, and security standards are met.
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize costs and manage third-party relationships effectively.
    • Translate complex technical work into business value, ensuring stakeholders understand the impact and ROI of product initiatives.
    • Required Skills & Qualifications :
    • 2+ years of experience in a product-oriented role, preferably in data or platform teams.
    • Strong understanding of
    • data lineage
    • data governance
    • , and
    • tech governance
    • principles.
    • Hands-on experience with
    • API management
    • and understanding of its strategic value.
    • Familiarity with
    • SAFe Agile
    • practices and tools.
    • Experience working with
    • Snowflake
    • Databricks

    • AWS
    • platforms.
    • Proven ability to define and manage customer personas and translate them into actionable product features.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost optimization and vendor management.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Preferred Qualifications :
    • Experience in enterprise data platforms or governance frameworks.
    • Certification in SAFe Agile or related methodologies.
    • Background in data engineering or platform architecture is a plus.

      Pay : Up to $30.00 per hour
