Always Home Nursing Services, Inc., is hiring a Registered Nurse Case Manager for the Sacramento area.
Responsibilities :
- Utilizes the nursing process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Perform nursing assessments of clients in their home
- Supervise and teach nurses as needed
- Provide complete documentation for reports
- The Registered Nurse (RN) will perform duties within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs
Qualifications :
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One-year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
Compensation : $35-$40 negotiable depending upon experience.
