What You'll Be Doing

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional service and seamless operations across multiple areas of the Club. You'll :

Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of servers, bartenders, and hosts.

Maintain service standards that keep our members and guests coming back for more.

Be a visible presence in restaurants, banquet events, golf outings, poolside service, and other exciting venues around the Club .

Manage schedules, oversee sales, and keep operations smooth and efficient.

Ensure our food, beverage, and service standards shine at every level.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of Food & Beverage management experience (private club experience is a plus!)

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service

A team player with leadership skills and a positive, professional presence

ServSafe Certification (preferred) and TABC Certified (required)

Someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and LOVES hospitality
