Under the supervision of the Program Director, this position provides administrative support to the Transitional Age Youth Housing Programs, including :

- Maintaining a welcoming and organized Resource Center to support the housing needs of TAY
- Co-managing youth center services with the Resource Center Coordinator
- Supervising the Resource Center Coordinator
- Training new staff on center and office procedures and policies
- Supporting the Program Director and Housing Director with administrative and contract compliance needs
- Accounting tasks and bookkeeping duties as assigned, including co-managing program finances
- Grant application and management support
- Providing administrative support to program staff
- Performing job duties efficiently, requiring multi-tasking and organization
You are an excellent fit for this opportunity if you have :
- A passion for working with young adults
- The ability to be self-directed and to work as part of a team
- Strong computer skills including Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office, and comfort using a variety of platforms
- A commitment to embody TLC’s mission and values
- Two plus years of experience in an office management position
- Experience in all aspects of administrative and accounting duties
- CA driver’s license and capacity to use own vehicle for company travel is required (mileage compensation provided)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical exam, TB test, and drug screen
