What You’ll Do – Learn. Earn. Build.

As an HVAC Installation Assistant , you’ll be in the field every day, learning from the best and contributing to real, high-quality installs. You’ll support our lead installers, master the fundamentals, and gain the experience to grow into a lead yourself.

Curiosity : Learn the trade from the ground up. Ask questions, absorb techniques, and push yourself to improve daily.

Responsibility : Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Handle tools and equipment with care.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Assist lead technicians with residential HVAC installations.

Load / unload equipment, prep materials, and manage tools.

Support clean, code-compliant, high-quality work.

Interact professionally with homeowners and team members.

Maintain job site organization and safety.

Participate in manufacturer and AllTech Academy training.

What You Bring

You’ve got 1–3 years of HVAC or mechanical experience and the drive to take your skills to the next level.

1–3 years of HVAC or mechanical experience (residential preferred).

A strong work ethic and genuine curiosity to master your craft.

Solid tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and handle physical tasks.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

A positive, team-driven attitude and commitment to excellence.
