About The Position

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a school district in the Phoenix, AZ area for the 2024 - 2025 school year.

• he ideal School Occupational Therapist will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the pediatric population.?ew grads are encouraged to apply.
• his can be a travel or a local assignment. Responsibilities of a School Occupational Therapist :
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure team understanding of student occupational performance strengths and needs
• Develops occupationally based intervention plans based on student needs and evaluation results
• Consults with other therapists to achieve student outcomes
• Prioritizes and schedules work tasks independently
• Ability to develop occupationally based intervention plans based on evaluation information
• Ability to provide legal and ethical supervision of occupational therapy assistants
• Effective oral and written communication
• New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition
• Grade level Pre K - High School
• 2024 - 2025 school year
