Position Summary
General Summary / Responsibilities :
Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacists and according to standard procedures, assists in total prescription filling process : data entry, inventory management, counting, labeling, filing, and billing of prescribed products.
Coordinate’s care (with a multi-disciplinary team) directly with patients and caregivers.
Works with other team members and outside entities (insurance companies, PBMs, manufacturers) to obtain / verify patient financial responsibilities.
Delivery to patient homes / treatment sites as directed.
