Senior Commercial Loan Closer and Documentation (Portfolio Management)

A Community Bank in the Miami, FL area is s eeking an experienced professional to support all aspects of commercial loan closings, documentation, and portfolio management, ensuring compliance and accuracy across the lending process.

The role involves handling multiple types of loans :

Commercial Real Estate (primarily)
Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and
Lines of Credit ,

Key Responsibilities :

Review commitment letters and approvals; prepare / verify loan documentation.

Clear pre- and post-closing conditions and exceptions.

Coordinate funding, wires, basic G / L entries, and disbursements.

Liaise with attorneys and loan officers to schedule and execute closings.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSA / AML, and regulatory standards.

Manage insurance documentation and loan participation packages.

Generate reports on closings, exceptions, and portfolio updates.

Qualifications :

Associate’s degree (Business or related) and 5+ years of commercial loan operations / closing experience.

Strong knowledge of CRE and commercial lending documentation and compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office and loan systems (i.e. : NCino, ComplianceOne, and others).

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but NOT-required

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional.
