What You'll Do :

• Provide high-quality massage services including deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, and other modalities.
• Perform body treatments such as exfoliations and wraps.
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of safety, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Foster a welcoming and serene environment for guests.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and retention.

What We're Looking For :

• Qualifications : Valid and current massage therapy license.
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience preferred, but not required.
• Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Team Player : Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Physical Stamina : Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Availability : Minimum of 4 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
