Position : Centralized Scheduler (Call Center)

Bilingual in English / Spanish Required

Address : 1050 Wall Street West Lyndhurst, NJ (Hybrid)

Status : Full Time 40 Hours Weekly

Schedule : Monday-Friday open availability

We are located at Kessler Rehabilitation Center's shared services corporate office*

Pay Rate : $18-$19 hourly depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills
• Exceptional multitasking abilities necessary to schedule patients at the outpatient satellite centers
• Works collaboratively with the CBO, center staff, third party payer representatives, patients, physicians and their office staff to ensure accurate patient scheduling
• Exhibiting excellence in customer service
• Provides excellent customer service through all phone interactions
• Ensuring an overall excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in various computer applications / programs required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Previous experience within a healthcare customer service setting preferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish required
• Answering heavy volume phone calls experience preferred
