Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member
ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Julia Johnson, State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive and experienced insurance and financial services representative who can recognize opportunities within our existing book of business and additionally generate new leads turning them into new long and lasting business relationships with the Julia Johnson State Farm Agency.
As a Life & Health Insurance Producer, your knowledge of insurance products and the financial industry trends should equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize the value of our business relationship.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop leads, identify customer needs, schedule and hold sales presentation appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure all client's insurance and financial needs are met to elevate the customer relationship.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Washington State Life and Health Insurance License - must already have
- Washington Property and Casualty Insurance License - must be able to obtain
- Experience in investment and / or banking industry is a plus
- Series 6 securities licensed is a plus
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative) marketing life insurance or financial services required.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a diverse group of people
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
