We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to guide our front-of-house team, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead, direct, and delegate tasks to the Duke's Steakhouse Front of House team to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Convey positive energy and enthusiasm focused on guest interaction; promptly address and resolve service issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent customer relations skills and actively promote Duke's Steakhouse and Legends Bay Casino.
- Collaborate as a team player by assisting the team with their duties as needed.
- Create effective schedules to ensure excellent levels of service.
- Interview, hire, and train new team members as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of four years' supervisory experience.Minimum of four years' experience working in a fine dining establishment.Additional Requirements
General knowledge of fine dining food preparation, presentation and serving procedures.Thorough knowledge of fine wines, wine pairings, and wine service procedures.Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.Required Work Cards
