Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling stereo electroencephalography medical devices to hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers. The role includes building strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing product demonstrations and training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing clinical and technical support.

This is a high-visibility position that requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare sales with neurosurgical or neurology focus, comfort in the operating room environment, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, and key opinion leaders.
  • Provide technical in-servicing, education, and product demonstrations for customer departments.
  • Support surgical cases by delivering technical expertise and reinforcing product adoption.
  • Deliver product presentations, in-services, and training sessions for hospital staff and stakeholders.
  • Support promotional events, tradeshows, labs, and conferences.
  • Organize exhibitions, demonstrations, and personalized sales presentations within the territory.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor credentialing requirements
  • Travel domestically up to 75%, including overnight and occasional weekends, with limited international travel as needed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of related medical device sales or clinical support experience (neurosurgical / neurology preferred).
  • Proven track record of sales success with the ability to exceed targets.
  • Experience in operating room (OR) and / or EEG / EMU environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance coverage.
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Compensation : (Base compensation + commission) 100k base, 200k OTE year 1

    Years of Experience : 5+ Degree : BA / BS

    Location : Northeast (Maine, Vermont, NH, MA, NY, CT and RI)

    Travel : A couple of overnights a week
