Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Conduct roll call each morning.
- Address attendance issues and assist with payroll coordination.
- Create daily emails to track employee and temp whereabouts.
Equipment Management
- Negotiate rental pricing for equipment.
- Monitor rental periods to meet target dates.
- Order necessary equipment.
Temp Agencies
- Negotiate contract bill rates.
- Hire temps and set them up in SharePoint and ClockSark.
- Negotiate individual temp wages.
Job Site Visits
- Check for safety issues and ensure compliance.
- Ensure Foremen / Project Managers document safety sheets and upload them to SharePoint.
- Upload your safety visit sheets to SharePoint.
- Ensure any violations are corrected promptly.
- Address any site needs that can be handled by the office.
New Job Setup
- Complete site-specific information in safety books.
- Ensure all required documentation is present on new job sites.
Training
- Train temps and employees on equipment (e.g., scissor lift, mini excavator).
- Conduct new employee training (e.g., house rules, CPR).
- Document all training sessions.
Tool Tracking
- Update the tool tracking spreadsheet when tools are checked out and returned.
- Purchase new tools and add them to the inventory.
Logistics
- Transport equipment (e.g., mini excavator) as needed.
- Assist with material transportation for Moonlite and residential jobs.
