In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities :
- Send out installer notifications in advance of expirations. Work with field team to ensure document completion is on time.
- Coordinate ordering new badges for existing installer through Home Depot compliance website and distribute to installers.
- Maintain master compliance spreadsheet and post bi-weekly.
- Serve as initial point of contact for installer compliance inquiries
- Gather completed on-boarding paperwork from installers / field team
- Track weekly audits performed by Home Depot EWR team.
- Work with deductions team to reconcile deductions and credits on monthly basis
- Manage Clopay license renewals, new license request, and Clopay EPA FIRM certification
- Research new license request to determine if they should be disputed. If required then obtain new license.
- Responsible for renewal of all Clopay EPA FIRM certifications
- Manage Home Depot license portal and Clopay smart sheets.
- Work with Home Depot reporting tools (i.e. Vendor Drill / Askuity).
- Run ad hoc reports as needed by management team
- Work with Clopay reporting tools (i.e. Oracle Business Intelligence) to develop reporting packages for internal distribution.
Job Requirements
- Four year degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience or more than 5 years of industry experience in lieu of education.
- Experience working with Government agencies to ensure all permits, licenses, and certifications are following local building codes.
- Experience with completing license applications for city, county and state level building departments.
- Familiar with residential and commercial building codes.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel.
- Travel is periodically required.
