In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities :

  • Send out installer notifications in advance of expirations. Work with field team to ensure document completion is on time.
  • Coordinate ordering new badges for existing installer through Home Depot compliance website and distribute to installers.
  • Maintain master compliance spreadsheet and post bi-weekly.
  • Serve as initial point of contact for installer compliance inquiries
  • Gather completed on-boarding paperwork from installers / field team
  • Track weekly audits performed by Home Depot EWR team.
  • Work with deductions team to reconcile deductions and credits on monthly basis
  • Manage Clopay license renewals, new license request, and Clopay EPA FIRM certification
  • Research new license request to determine if they should be disputed. If required then obtain new license.
  • Responsible for renewal of all Clopay EPA FIRM certifications
  • Manage Home Depot license portal and Clopay smart sheets.
  • Work with Home Depot reporting tools (i.e. Vendor Drill / Askuity).
  • Run ad hoc reports as needed by management team
  • Work with Clopay reporting tools (i.e. Oracle Business Intelligence) to develop reporting packages for internal distribution.

Job Requirements

  • Four year degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience or more than 5 years of industry experience in lieu of education.
  • Experience working with Government agencies to ensure all permits, licenses, and certifications are following local building codes.
  • Experience with completing license applications for city, county and state level building departments.
  • Familiar with residential and commercial building codes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel.
  • Travel is periodically required.
