The pay range is $85,500.00 - $153,900.00
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

You will help partners build consumer-centric strategies and activations. The Category Insights team within Enterprise Insights focuses on understanding consumer behaviors, attitudes, needs, and motivations across Target’s core businesses.
We provide understanding, empathy, and insight of our guests and consumers in the development of business and communication strategies.
As a Senior Insights Analyst of Category Insights, you will report to the Director of Category Insights and have responsibility for the Essentials & Beauty Pyramid.
You will be responsible for designing and executing guest or consumer research to support key initiatives. You will be the primary contact for internal partners and will identify the appropriate research method, data source and vendor / supplier to execute work.

About You :
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
0-2 years of work experience in Market Research and / or Consumer Insights
Knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and first-party data and insight tools
Ability to analyze consumer data and communicate findings in a clear and compelling way to leaders and cross-functional team members
Strong collaborator and clear communicator who can effectively influence a diverse set of stakeholders
Highly curious and creative problem solver
