The Director position works to create predictable revenue by optimizing the sales forecasting process with best practices and automation.
This transformational candidate must lead cross-functionally to unlock insights and support sales performance to achieve revenue objectives.

Responsibilities :
- Change agent to assist in re-engineering the sales cycle cross-functionally to drive revenue enhancement.
- Build information center to develop accurate forecasts and troubleshoot shortfalls in time to enact mitigating initiatives.
- Work strategically to ensure proper data is obtained to provide sales team members with information needed to effectively manage accounts.
- Ensure data oversight to allow for effective forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
- The individual must be highly analytical with the capability to work with large volumes of data.
- Lead a team of individuals to drive an improved suite of tools for the forecasting processes and commercial team use.
- A team player possessing excellent communication skills and having the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
- Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Assess situations, make judgments, analyze problems (not just symptoms), make logical decisions, and carry out the decision made.
- Work as a team with other leaders to achieve company goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Management) preferred. High School Diploma / GED required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to prioritize department needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP preferred.
