A company is looking for a Full Time Virtual Clinical Educator (11-8p EST) to provide personalized support to patients prescribed complex therapies.
Key Responsibilities : Serve as the single point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journeyProvide disease education, product overview, and ongoing therapy support to patients and their care teamsUtilize motivational interviewing to identify and address patient barriers while fostering empowerment and complianceRequired Qualifications : Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted licenseExperience in telephonic patient support, including HCP and patient educationExperience with infusion or injection therapiesExperience working for or contracting with pharmaceutical companies preferredFamiliarity with motivational interviewing and behavior change coaching
