Student Payments Collections Advisor
A company is looking for a Student Payments Collections Advisor (temporary).Key Responsibilities : Contact students with unpaid tuition fees or other outstanding financial obligationsProvide accurate information about outstanding balances and payment options to studentsNegotiate payment arrangements with students and collaborate with relevant departmentsRequired Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of related experience;
or associate degree or higher with minimum of 1-year related experiencePrevious experience in student accounts, financial aid, collections, or customer service rolesEmpathy and patience when dealing with students facing financial difficultiesKnowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines governing student debt collection within the education sectorAbility to maintain positive relationships with students and provide guidance on financial assistance options
