Who You Are

We're looking for the best agents who put clients first and are driven to win in their career.

• Active and unrestricted real estate license
• You've closed a minimum of 6 residential sales over the last two years (excluding leases)
• You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.
• You have a proven track record of winning clients over, closing deals and earning referral business.
• You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside.

• Commissions in this role are expected to range from $35K to $775K. Redfin offers a generous benefits package that includes 15 paid vacation days, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, sick leave, and flex days;
