Overview
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.

- Minimum Required : Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing
- Preferred : N / A
License / Certification
- Minimum Required : Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines
- Preferred : Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)
