Position Summary :
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for the growth of the organization’s B2B Executive Education Program. They coordinate and execute on-site events throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts, create promotional materials, and are responsible for increasing event attendance and program membership.
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will leverage email campaigns and field marketing tactics to drive program growth. They will work collaboratively with teammates in the Marketing Department and will contribute to social media content creation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Partner with Marketing Team to execute all aspects of the annual B2B Program curriculum, which includes webinars and in person events
- Work with team members to create promotional materials for events and outreach activities.
- Provide routine program logistics / maintain requirements or activities to ensure quality of programs.
- Assist in the development, editing, and production of materials, letters, forms, etc.
- Update course materials, schedules, requirements, and provide information to participants; resolve problems
- Produce quarterly reports to reflect program performance and member engagement
- Prepare program confirmation and correspondence
Requirements :
Required Skills & Abilities :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Graphic Design experience with Canva or Adobe Preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities, organize / orchestrate details of several ongoing events
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed reliable transportation and ability to attend occasional evening events is a must.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
- Social Media Content Creation platforms include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- CRM Experience a huge plus (Hubspot)
Experience & Qualifications :
- High school degree required, college degree a plus
- Marketing, Sales or related field experience preferred.
- Strong Attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits :
- $50k-$70k per year based on experience
