As a finance leader you will partner with the program and work across multiple functions to achieve the needs of the business.
You will lead a team of financial analysts responsible for all financial planning and integration functions within the business.
Regular team responsibilities include; long range business plan development, monthly financial forecast updates, capital and resource development, support of enterprise initiatives and partnership across all functions of the business.
Position Responsibilities : Manages employees performing Estimates at Completion, budget development, financial forecasting, business case development and risk, financial and competitive analysesDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManages, develops, and motivates employeesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or a related field5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to : Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships / partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and / or informal leadership roleExperience developing forecasts for use in long range business plans (LRBPs)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) : Experience with Financial Planning and AnalysisExperience leading multi-geographic teamsExperience leading direct reportsExperience with capital allocations - driving accountability and prioritizing business investmentsRelocation : This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
