See more at freshconsulting.com . What you’ll be doing : Hours : 16 hours / week The Facilities Coordinator will maintain an efficient and smooth operation of the office.

Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, organized, and functional environment. Receives, manages, and processes work order requests;

ensures problems are resolved quickly. Maintain inventory of supplies; reorder as needed Restock snacks & drinks Occasional heavy furniture moves Assist with physical event setups & breakdowns (overtime possibility) Performs other related duties as assigned Light clerical work as needed Minimum Qualifications : Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on feet for several hours) Experience using hand and power tools for assembly (e.

g. furniture) Follows directions and has critical thinking skills Basic experience in Microsoft Word & Excel or Google Docs & Sheets to maintain logs.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Responsible & Reliable Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facilities.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
