Location : Beaverton, OR
Schedule : 40 Hours, 4 days onsite and 1 day at home
Pay : Up to $46.65 / hour DOE
Planet Interactive is looking for an Executive Communications Specialist to join our well known retail brand on a 8-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will follow a hybrid work schedule, being onsite 4 days a week with 1 day at home.
This role requires having experience working on executive communications.
Executive Communications Specialist Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute communications plans that are focused on executive and internal communications.
- Manage the project plans and timelines for the various communications initiatives and programs.
- Write, edit, and proofread materials for channels including executive memos, presentations, emails, and social media posts.
- Drive cross-functional partnerships within the department, corporate communications, strategy, and design.
- Create polished presentations for executives.
- Maintain the executive communications calendar.
- Build stories around internal initiatives and products that will be helping internal teams.
- Draft other assets surrounding internal and executive communications.
- Evaluate communication strategies and make recommendations to leadership.
Executive Communications Specialist Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in executive communications.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- AP style / able to adhere to internal brand guidelines.
